Feb 16, 2014 · To finish off the Miller Table fine gold recovery system I built a PVC stand with stainless steel all-thread and wing nuts at each corner so I can adjust the level of the table. A 500 GPH 12 volt Attwood was used. I used PVC T fittings that snap over 3/4" PVC pipe so that I can tilt the front or the back of the table to adjust the angle.

Aug 13, 2013 · Remember the water flow has to be extremely SMOOTH. 4-5mm gap between the stone and the gate will suit up to about 1000ltr/hr pump, any bigger and the exiting water will not be smooth. Angle of the table should be very low (about 2 degrees). Get it right and it will be the best fine gold recovery unit you will ever have.

In it's simplest form a modern gold recovery table is just a flat piece of material set at a relatively low angle. As you deposit concentrated gold bearing material onto the bed, it is washed by a thin layer of low velocity water. What does mesh size mean? Figuring out mesh sizes is easy.

I mess around with all kinds of gear and most of my friends have a variety of the new high-tech 'toys' and I have yet to see anything faster, cleaner or more flexible than a good Miller Table but since they are so elemental it is hard to convince people what a great deal they are.

Sep 16, 2014 · Gold Cubes are not made for fine recovery. They're good for concentrating your concentrates. You're still going to need to classify further after the Gold Cube. Blue Bowl or Miller Table is the final stop, unless you want to start playing with chemicals.
